Introduction: Paragangliomas (PGLs) are uncommon neuroendocrine tumors. These tumors can originate from either the sympathetic or parasympathetic paraganglia. Cardiac PGLs (CPGLs) are extremely rare, as thoracic localization represents less than 2% of PGLs. There are few reported cases in pediatric age.
