Introduction: Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) is a group of autosomal recessive disorders. Defects in the 21-hydroxylase (21OH) enzyme make up 90% of CAH. These defects result in androgen excess in salt-wasting or simple virilizing forms.
