Introduction: Haematological malignancies represent the most frequent childhood cancer. Little is known about small ovarian follicle function at diagnosis in girls with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) or non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).
